Returns Policy

Returns

If you have ordered an incorrect size or you find that an item you have ordered does not fit correctly or is not the size / fit that you expected we will refund your item within 14 days of purchase provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Item is returned in its original condition. This includes item not to have been used, worn, altered or washed.
  • Your returned product must also have the original packaging and must also have the original tags still attached.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via customerservice@jamcitysports.com.au. Please quote your invoice number in the subject field of the email 

Exchange

Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd do not exchange. If you would like another item from our store, you will need to purchase that item by making a new order.

To return the old item, please read the Returns information on this page.

Refunds

If you receive an item and it is faulty or different to the item you ordered, upon return of the item to Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd, we will inspect the item and will only process a refund if we are satisfied that the item returned is in the original condition that the item was in when we shipped it to you. If Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd are satisfied that the item is faulty or different to the item you ordered, we will give you a full refund

If you are eligible for a refund, Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd will only refund the transaction back to the card that was used to make the purchase. Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd will NOT provide a refund to a different card, or in cash, cheque or any form of credit.

Please note: International orders are not eligible for a return unless item is faulty. 

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs for items that are returned to Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd are at the cost of the customer. Jam City Sports (Aust) Pty Ltd will only credit a customer the return shipping cost if the item is faulty or different to the item that you ordered
